Why do people hold "sin" over other people's head?

I've never understood this, but I think by human nature people do this because they are not aware of the fact that no one is perfect, they think they are possibly better than the person because they did not sin like the person did, they think they are better than others, they categorize certain sins (they think this sin is worse than that sin, when God looks at any sin as unrighteous), and others tend to put other people on a pedestal and then they forget that the person is a human being and still in a sinful nature. I will have to say it's better not to put anyone on a pedestal because all have sinned. It's God's blood that is constantly covering us and he covers us because we have been washed under the blood and we continue to confess, so that our sins can be forgiven. The same applies to people who mess up within our church and stand before the church. It's not good that people talk about that person. You are no better than that person. You need to look at yourself first, before judging others. Who are you to judge or talk about someone else when you yourself are not perfect? That makes no sense. Refer to Matthew 7:1-2. And, another thing before the person has stood before the church, they are already repenting for the sin they have committed, you may not  see it and others may not see it, but that's between that person and the Lord. The Lord is already judging that person for the sin they committed, so when they stand before the church, you should not judge them. It is not your right to Judge or Gossip about others. Let God do the judging and you mind your own business. Some people need to realize that other people's business is not your business. Instead of judging or gossiping about that person, how about pray for that person and encourage them. Build that person up instead of building that person down. Your words can make or break a person. God will get you in the end for treating that person wrong. Judgement day is coming. All will be judged whether what you did in your body was good or bad. So, ultimately no one has a right to judge another person, no one. None are righteous on this earth. Jesus was the only one that was righteous and perfect. I can't stand to hear people talk about other people, so if you are going to talk about someone please do not start that conversation up with me. I don't want to be around people who judge or gossip about others. I know it's in our sinful nature to be nosy and gossip and judge others, but personally if you are walking by the spirit, then you need to walk in the spirit and not the flesh. You are walking in the flesh when you are talking behind people's back and judging them. We need to use our spiritual man that God gave us to help us to abstain from talking or gossiping about others. It's not for you to judge, but instead look at yourself and see whether you are doing right by God, before looking at others. We have to get away from making a judgement about a person. This is my soapbox issue of the day,  I have more topics coming that have been on my mind lately. This is one of the topics that needs to be taught in my church and maybe to other people in this world. I have never stood before my church because i've never embarrased my church, but it does something to me to hear about someone being talked about in the church because they committed this or that sin. It gets really tiring to hear all kinds of things being said about that person, just pray for the person and encourage that person. PRAY. The bible says to PRAY WITHOUT CEASING. KEEP YOUR MIND ON JESUS.And above all PRAY. And, one more note: who's to say that you won't ever stand before the church because you did something you weren't supposed to? You want others to support you when you fail, so treat others the way you would want to be treated.
